2. Our Products Most Balance Due items are made to order — printed and produced individually after you purchase. Slight variations in color, print placement, or finish are normal characteristics of made-to-order and print-on-demand goods. We also offer digital products (such as guided journals and downloadable PDFs), which are delivered electronically. Product images are for illustration; we work to display colors and details accurately but cannot guarantee your device displays them exactly.

3. Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is placed. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and your order is confirmed once payment is received.

4. Orders We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

In short: physical items are replaced or refunded only when they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (reported within 14 days of delivery), and digital products are final sale.

7. Digital Products Digital products are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, resell, or redistribute them. Because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital sales are final; where warranted, we will coordinate a corrected file.
